Shiplap External Cladding
Shiplap is by far the most popular external cladding that we sell. The measurements of shiplap are approximately 115mm x 12mm (finished size) which is thin enough to make it a financially competitive product whilst maintaining good structural qualities due to being tongue and grooved. This is a firm favourite for summerhouses, sheds etc.
Loglap External Cladding
Loglap is another popular product that we sell which shares a lot of the qualities of shiplap whilst being thicker with a different profile. The measurements of loglap are approximately 115mm x 20mm (finished size).
“Lockwoods” Cladding
Lockwoods is another external cladding that earnt its name when we ordered it in especially from a local haulage firm. This has a flatter profile with a subtle “v” joint. Lockwoods is the widest external cladding that we sell, the approximate dimensions are 140mm x 20mm.
Special orders
Whilst we do sometimes have special patterns and sizes of external cladding, the 3 above are the main products that we sell. That being said, we can special order most patterns, profiles, and sizes if you have something particular in mind - although it’s worth noting that a minimum order may be required.
Fencing
Fencing is something that has evolved massively over the last few years. It used to be the case that most fencing used to either be standard fence panels and posts or a continuous run of feather edge boards. Whilst these remain popular, we are seeing more and more alternatives being constructed by people that either have an original idea that they want to bring to life, or they have seen a video/post on the internet that they want to recreate. We try to keep all of this in mind and update our stocks regularly to keep up with people’s ideas. Below you will find information of our most popular items.
Fence Panels
We stock two varieties of ready-made fence panels. Different people from different regions refer to these as different names but they are most often called featheredge panels and waney edge panels. Both panels are available in the following sizes:
6x3 (1830 x 915)
6x4 (1830 x 1220)
6x5 (1830 x 1525)
6x6 (1830 x 1830)

Fencing Accessories
We sell many accessories for fencing including metal spikes, fence panel clips, post mix (concrete) etc.

Decking
Timber decking is by far the most popular product that we sell, dating all the way back to Alan Titchmarsh hosting ground force on the BBC. Roughly around the year 2000, he landscaped a garden using decking, the day after that program aired, decking sales soared. Despite many people saying that it would be a passing craze, sales of decking have never really declined. It’s understandable why decking is so popular, it’s a very cost-effective way of even the most novice DIY’er laying a very attractive patio for a reasonable cost.
Not only do we sell the decking boards, we also sell all the timber and accessories needed to construct a full deck. The timber that we use for the framing has all been stress graded to ensure structural integrity and the decking boards themselves are all first quality with no reject boards or “seconds” in sight.

We stock the standard newell posts and spindles that are most commonly associated with handrails around decking.
